1. Services

We provide website design and development, mobile app development, software development, hosting setup, SEO and related services. The exact scope, price and timeline for each project are agreed in writing (quote, proposal or message) before work starts.

2. Payments

• Projects usually require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance due before final delivery or launch, unless agreed otherwise.
• Third-party costs such as domain, hosting, paid plugins, app store developer accounts and payment gateway fees are charged separately unless included in the quote.
• Advance payments are non-refundable once work on the project has started.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content (text, images, logos, product details) and feedback on time, and confirm that you have the rights to use any material you provide. Delays in content or feedback may extend the timeline.

4. Revisions

Each quote includes a reasonable number of design revisions. Changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

5. Ownership

After full payment, you own the final design and content created specifically for your project. We may keep the right to reuse general code libraries and tools, and to show the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Support & maintenance

Post-launch support is provided for the period mentioned in your quote. Ongoing maintenance is available as a separate plan.

7. Limitation of liability

We work carefully to deliver reliable work, but we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business or data caused by third-party services (hosting, app stores, payment gateways), misuse, or changes made by others. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Website use

You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or send spam through our forms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
